½ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Tsp Cinnamon
1 ½ Ounces Banana Liqueur
1 ½ Ounces Spiced rum
2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise.
Vanilla Ice Cream
Combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a large skillet, when melted, add banana liquor. When the sauce starts
simmering, add the bananas, cook for approx. 2 minutes until softened. Slightly tilt the pan and
add the rum, carefully tip the pan to light the rum. When the flames go out, continue cooking for a few more minutes. Cut bananas in half again.
Scoop vanilla ice cream into bowl, add two halfs of banana, top with sauce, and serve.
