In the Kitchen with Captain Raymond
For the upcoming holidays, I’m bringing a Frozen Brandy Alexander straight to your after-dinner party.
I’m sure you’ve heard of Brandy Alexander, this one kicks it up a notch. After dinner, in some of the finest restaurants, you’ll find Brandy snifters right alongside your dessert.
Dessert, Brandy and coffee just go hand in hand.
To create this drink, take a traditional glass of brandy, mix it with some ice cream and a little dark creme de cacao, a mysterious drink.
When choosing your ice cream, remember, the richer flavor, the better this drink tastes. The key to a perfect Brandy Alexander is to make sure it’s blended smooth. This one is sure to become a favorite holiday tradition in your home. Give it a whirl and let me know how much you liked it.
