Jambalaya, Crawfish Pie, File Gumbo. We’ve all heard the song! Look up the recipe and you’ll find a long list of ingredients, instead of a dish, you’ll end up with ingredient-fatigue.

I believe Jambalaya should be kitchen to table-ready quickly! Simple ingredient list, easy prep, let’s go.

Jambalaya
3-5 pounds smoked sausage or cooked chicken
1 package Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sausage
2 cans Campbells French Onion Soup
2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
3 cans beef broth 2 sticks margarine
4c. Uncle Ben’s Original Rice

Cook breakfast sausage until no longer pink, drain. Add all ingredients to large roasting pan. Cut margarine and place on top. Cover with foil, bake at 375* for 1 ½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Serve warm!
