At Saltgrass, you can sit back and relax while the staff prepares your meals. Our experienced chefs seasonally craft the mouthwatering menu selection. Chef Caterina is a fan favorite at the lodge, and her dishes always leave guests wanting more. You’ll occasionally find her husband and Saltgrass Groundskeeper, Nicolas, assisting with shrimp boils and fish frys. Please let our chef know if you have any allergies or food sensitivities prior to arrival, and our kitchen will do our best to accommodate your needs. We only ask that you arrive with an appetite and maybe postpone any diet plans.
